Description
110 Pacific St., Roseville, also well known as the Odd Fellows Building or 1OOF, is the most iconic brick building in the rejuvenated downtown. The property was originally constructed as a single-story industrial structure and within a couple of years the airspace above it was purchased by the Order of Odd Fellows social club. 110 Pacific St.'s unique brick design and iron door windows withstood the test of several downtown fires that destroyed the majority of the wood structures. The last known businesses to have occupied the building since the 1OOF are a car dealership and a restaurant called the Buffalo. According to the Roseville Historic Society, the 'Odd Fellows' building is the oldest commercial building in the city. The building was recently seismic retrofitted and features an open floor plan with an iron stairwell with a mezzanine structure. This building is ideal for a business that would like to design their own modern historic space in the revitalized downtown.
